Staying one night on 28/12, my wife and I were alone, there were no customers in the facility, but the welcome and warmth of the hospitality made us feel at home, the Spa was exceptional as was the rest of the day with tasting of oil and wine and the candlelit dinner in front of a huge 17th century fireplace, in short they spoiled us and pampered us, everything was super.

I stayed with my boyfriend in this hotel for the immaculate weekend, as far as I'm concerned the first day was a disaster... Be careful if you have bleached hair, it could turn completely green due to the spa. Once I saw the condition of my hair, I went to speak to the reception staff who, beyond initial curiosity and saying that it had never happened, did nothing else. I asked my hairdresser and he told me that the parameters in the spa water were certainly wrong, regardless of this they could also be right, but what really made me feel bad was the indifference of the reception staff who when I he saw them pass by for dinner and didn't even ask me if they had taken them off or not, they pretended that nothing had happened. While my hair remained green, I had to hide it in a bun and the next day go to a hairdresser in Perugia found on the Internet who managed to save the situation. Obviously the second day of the spa which I had already paid for, I never did it again. So what can I say, I never expected this treatment from a 4-star hotel, this total indifference to an inconvenience that occurred in their facility, in fact I expected them to offer us something to repair the damage, even from the smallest gesture. Despite this, the structure is really beautiful, the restaurant really good and the restaurant staff are also really friendly!
